"The toilet didn’t work. Fire alarm went off at 5am and room lost power. Things were stolen from the room. Shower water was not hot. The restaurant staff was phenomenal and very nice and thoughtful. Hotel staff was terrible no way other than sending a request through the app or walking through the resort to get in contact with anyone at the front desk. Will not recommend "
