I had a cancel flight. And rescheduled for an early morning flight at 6am. The shuttle service was not available until 5am. Therefore, I was nervous, I would possibly miss my flight. I wish there was 24hr Airport Shuttle service, the good news, I made my flight.

Check I was a breeze and she was such a blessing after a fifteen hour day!

Really great breakfast.

Very accommodating.

My room was spotless… My minions smelled very fresh… The shower was very clean and water pressurewas good as well. The staff was very attentive. The valet service was awesome. I like that I could call for my car from my room from the app and it be ready when I got downstairs. They were very helpful with removing or placing items in my car. They opened the door for me and everything. I will definitely be staying again.

Had to get away solo. It was my mother b-day and she passed 8 months ago & I needed time alone. It was such a good idea. The bartender made some great drinks & I met some nice people 😁

Very helpful, friendly and cheerful staff. Suite had everything I needed. Suite was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Shuttle was prompt.

Paintings / art work and drinks / games on rooftop!

Good

Great comfy bed. Don't have a room near an elevator.

Nice boutique hotel, great little bar, restaurant and great uptown location. Walk out the door and you're in downtown Charlotte. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, museum, etc!

Beautiful property, handicap room and parking was perfect. Nice breakfast to start the day & perfect with the restaurant on site in case you don’t feel like fighting parking to have dinner.

This hotel was fabulous! Our check in was fast. Our room was very nice. Check out was a breeze. The FREE breakfast was amazing! (It had scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, bagels, cereal, muffins, and waffles!) I recommend anyone traveling to stay here. The location is close to shopping malls

Staff was super helpful and great room.

I booked a late reservation for my husband - as his flight was delayed and needed somewhere to stay. The hotel ended up being fully booked although I reserved him a room through hotels.com and pre-paid. It was a huge bummer and he didn't get a room anywhere else that night :( and had to sleep in his car. I will say though the front desk staff at Tru were very helpful and really tried to find him another room somewhere else and even called hotels.com. I wanted to give kudos to the front staff...

The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff at check-in was exceptional.

Clean room Quiet - excellent location
