"Great place to stay"

"I’ve stayed here a few times and liked it however this stay was horrible from the moment I walked in (where they were doing the carpet in the entryway) so I needed to wait for them to open the doors and clear their stuff (which seemed like an annoyance to them). Then I found out that the restaurant and bar was closed which was a huge inconvenience for me. While I was waiting for the elevator a girl was crouched down painting the borders of the wall at the elevator. Oh and the breakfast wasn’t good either"

"Me equivoque en mi reservation y pague el Seguro de viaje cuando llamé para que la rectifiquen o para que me devolvieran el dinero dijeron que no podían hacer nada; nunca llegué al hotel y aún así me cobraron el dinero y no me ayudaron aunque pague los 9 dólares del seguro de viaje; que no entendí para que lo cobran si no vale de nada"

"Property was beautiful, rooms were clean, however the breakfast didn’t have much options or wasn’t restocked by the time we went downstairs. Paying for outside parking was a bit odd, totally understand about indoor parking but the outdoor option didn’t seem fair. The indoor was not available which was one of the main reasons why I wanted to stay at this location. And also, up on arrival we had to wait for staff to assist us as she was taking care of another guests needs. Perhaps a second staff memeber shift would have been helpful for the rest of guest, and myself, that we’re waiting to be checked in."

"The property was nice but there was a few things that didn’t seem to work out in our favor. We had our young daughter with us and our room was on the 7th floor the farthest away from the elevator which made for a very long walk back to the elevator to go to and from the pool. It felt like we were placed far away because we had a child which I’m fine with as long as it’s not an inconvenience to my stay, which it was. The pool was warm and wonderful on Saturday but on Sunday the water was cold and the room temp of the pool room was cold. They also ran out of pool towels. The room had a dangerous sliding glass bathroom door that little fingers could get caught up n. The glass sliding shower door would not stay closed. There was no fan in the bathroom and the window did not open so the room was very stuffy. The coffee kit had not been used or had items replaced, the cream was spoiled and there was only one coffee pod. No one answered when I called down for room service. The hotel itself is beautiful and is located off the highway and next to the mall and many stores which I did love."
