"Our room was abit small but comfortable bed the shower room was clean but small.
The staff at breakfast time was friendly and made our breakfast what we ordered, no problem. The parking was fine and the area ok."

"One bedroom suite was very spacious and perfect for a family of 4. Full kitchenette was handy for meals. Easy access via a vehicle to the airport (5 mins) and downtown (15 mins). There are neighbouring restaurants and fast food places. Have stayed in many of the hotels in the Ottawa airport area and this one has definitely been the best one, although it was a little more expensive than the others."
"The hotel is very clean and well cared for. Rooms are a good size, lots of room. Beds are comfortable. We only had a coffee and banana bread in the morning, all were good. Not big gamblers so I turned $20 into $100 and was happy with that. We will stay there next time in"
"This Hotel is the spot , nice people Clean & Comfortable Rooms . It has everything you need for stays . If you are looking for a 5 star resort with all the bells and whistles this isn't it but You won't find a better hotel for this price . Its super close to Canadian Tire Center 10min walk .

"I had another wonderful stay here. This is my first time at the hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and especially kind. The environment feels safe, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast menu was excellent as well — a great way to start the day. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such a high standard of service. I’ll definitely be back."

"Great location! We found Ottawa to be very walkable from the Alt Hotel. Their bar and bartenders is excellent, and we enjoyed a few rounds of pool as well. I would stay here again."

The Don was an excellent choice for our brief stay in Ottawa. The notebook of information and recommendations was very helpful. Bed & noise-masking machine were excellent, bathroom modern, and our made-to-order breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed conversing with everyone at breakfast as well. Onsite parking option (paid) was super convenient. Close to several excellent restaurants as well. Highly recommend!
We loved our stay at the Fairfield airport hotel! Breakfast was abundant and delicious, staff was kind and thoughtful, our room was spacious and comfortable! Would highly recommend!!
This hotel was a surprise. Location was fantastic.....right next to the market and walking distance to everything else. The room was good, clean and the bed was really comfy. The included breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel was great! We arrived late at the hotel for only one night stay during the road trip. The staff at concierge and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We also got our vehicle charged overnight with reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
I really enjoyed the breakfast. I was skeptical at first when I saw the room, but I was extremely satisfied with the taste and the ease of getting food.
Space in the room is exceptional. Felt like home. Ample space for storage which would be hand if families visit.
Great stay
This is an excellent hotel if you have business in the area or as a great staycation. Lovely wonderful rooms with decent good views. The room we had was so comfortable and enjoyable it was hard to want to leave.

Room was extremely clean. Amenities were good, we had a King room with a sofa bed located on the 10th floor. Bed was very comfortable and the sheets were awesome! All staff that we encountered were helpful and friendly. Hotel seemed on the newer side. Restaurant and bar, can’t comment because we didn’t use either. Hotel location was easy to get to and very close to the casino. I would defiantly recommend this hotel.
