"Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast well worth the price. Stag had wonderful recommendations on local attractions."
"Great 19th century Scottish inn next to the water with a lighthouse view. Excellent food, a cozy bar, and conveniently located within 60-90 minutes from all points of the island"
"Tucked away at the back of the house the glamping pod has everything you need, the owner is friendly and helpful and there if you need anything. The pod is well equipped and spotless. We loved our stay there and would recommend. "
"Very comfortable hotel and attentive staff. Our room overlooked the harbour and despite the inclement weather it was lovely to sit and admire the view. Good range of food in the breakfast buffet. Plenty of parking. No dining options near by but within a short drive. Highly recommend."

Incredible level of impeccable luxury personalized svc frm both day and night managers as well as dining staff at their delicious gourmet restaurant. The worlds greatest shower with its awesome thick waterfall of your-choice relaxing temp water. This place was very special (and we've done some travelling in our time)!
Really enjoyed the little cabins, everything we needed for a nice night was in the little cabin. The host offered anything we needed from nice conversation at the on site bar, to recommendations for local sites and food. This hotel is about 7 miles onto the Isle after crossing the bridge so after a long day of driving, arriving quickly at the hotel was very pleasant.
The Anneth Glamping pod is a cozy hut set at a diagonal to a private home close to the Armadale ferry port and Armadale Castle and Gardens.
Despite being next to the owner’s home, it is very private as the opening faces a beautiful ocean and hill view.
The owner, Colin, is very responsive and helpful but respected our privacy completely.
The hut itself is organized very well with a cozy bed, two comfortable armchairs, a modern television and small table. The kitchenette is sufficient with...
Accommodations here are very basic, but it does the trick. Basic bed(s) in a small upstairs room with a small, but clean bathroom. Staff is super friendly and welcoming and that goes a long way. The restaurant serves quality food, including the made-to-order breakfast and the bar is well stocked and gets lively at night. I would recommend staying here but don't expect a 4 star experience. Great for a quick night stay or two, but might feel cramped longer than that.
Volvería a alojarme allí… Gracias!
Stayed in the King's Suite...such a unique and lavish room at a reasonable rate. There was a large deck area that overlooked the ocean and the Isle of Skye...great for having a drink at sunset or a coffee or Cadbury hot chocolate in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!
The cabin was relaxing and peaceful with an amazing view. Located relatively close to the town shops so you can get to restaurants and groceries quite easily. The cabin was clean, nicely decorated, kitchen well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. You can even purchase fresh eggs at the end of the driveway to make your breakfast. Did I mention the views were wonderful, make your breakfast and look out the large window to that view or sit on the deck if the weather is nicer. We had the...
Sligachan is always a wonderful place to stay while on Skye. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and you can’t beat that view of the mountains in the morning. We can’t wait to stay here again!
What an amazing place to stay if you want to enjoy both the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Skye! The location is about a 30 minute drive from Skye and so much more affordable than accommodations on the actual isle. This is a lovely boutique hotel in an old hunting lodge right on Loch Duich. Our room was very comfortable and well stocked and the staff was all so friendly, especially Gavin. Breakfast came included with our room, both made to order meals and fruit, yogurt, granola, toast,...
The Kinloch Ainort Apartments were a joy - so peaceful with the sheep grazing and the quiet of the area. The apartments appear to be brand new. They are spacious and have everything you will need for a great stay. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot! We traveled to Broadford (15 minutes or so away) to get groceries at the CoOp. We also enjoyed a really good pizza at Cafetesia there. After visiting busy Portree on our trip around the Isle we are glad we chose a quieter place!
