His dining room offered up the best dinner in town Breakfast was included with our room and he provided everyone with extra fresh buns meat and cheese along with paperbags to enjoy during our long day of hiking. He also gave us tips on the Rheinsteig. "

"We loved this hotel. It was easy to access, cheap parking across the street and a short walk to the main areas of town. We had a private porch with a view up the mountain. We slept well and enjoyed our time there. Notes for other travelers: the parking machine is $4 per day but only takes coins; most places in town only take cash; breakfast is only offered on weekends; coffee is for sale by machine but it only takes coins. "

"Stayed here March 1 & 2, 2026 alone and it was a very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and super helpful as well, including recommending a boat tour on the Sunday I was there, which I took and loved! Close to the train station and town, alot of restaurants really close as well. View of the Rhein was very nice!"
