"Location suitable for the purpose of our trip. Breakfast at sister hotel was good. We did not feel our room represented value for money. The people in room number 2 paid a similar amount but had more spacious accommodation. On the second night our key cards did not work (and no, we hadn't kept them near to a phone) We were unable to access our room and the so called 24 hour help number went to voicemail. Essentially there was no help, despite the best efforts of German police who were on duty...

"Well located hotel, clean and helpful staff - was perfect base to facilitate our visit to Leipzig. Our room was on the smaller / basic side, but was the cheapest option (otherwise clean and well maintained). Breakfast was fairly basic compared to other H2 hotels we have stayed in - but this may have been because of the football? Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Leipzig and wants a good value, central base location."
