"Great location of apartment with a convenience store and supermercado on same block. Plenty of dining options within easy walking distance. Also walking distance to Salaverry Plaza mall. Will need to bring washing liquid for washing machine. Host provides bath towels and hand towels and basic set up for kitchen. Apartment equipped with two standing fans for comfort. Building is quiet and you cannot hear your neighbors."

"First of all, ALL of Lima is loud and dirty so expect some kind of a reflection of that fact in any budget hotel in Lima. It is part of the experience. That given and compared to EVERY other hotel I identified in Lima on Expedia or on foot Hotel Maxys Grau was the best value for the cost. Lima is EXPENSIVE too, unlike Colombia that I have more acclimated to. Everything cost more here than in Colombia or Mexico, so expect to pay more for the same luxuries. The staff here is VERY friendly and...
