"We had a lovely stay at The Netherwood . We had a nice meal and the room was warm and ok for the price. Plenty of choices for a delicious breakfast and the plates and food were hot. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice stay as the hotel is in a good location for walking into Grange but is rather tired with some of the furniture being ready for an upgrade and other improvements. Old world charm with some interesting history."

The out side patio needed the ash trays emptying and rubish off the floor. The staff were lovely but at times there was not enough of them on shift. "Staff were amazing, hotel was very old though. Just the 1 small lift. Gutters were overflowing when it rained. But location is class. Car parking is a massive issue however that’s not really the hotel fault but Just one to be aware of, although the hotels answer to the parking issue is to charge you £25 to use their car park but even that gets full by 1100. So plan ahead for parking. Breakfast is nice. Overall a good stay with amazing staff but just a very aging hotel with signs money has dried up."
