"Great stay at the Rixos. The hotel grounds and communal areas are beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed exploring the hotel. All staff were very polite and attentive. "First off the staff is wonderful, especially kitchen staff and cleaning service. The downfall of this place is the deceit by the management. When you pay for an all inclusive stay you expect there to be few restrictions. The pool and beach facilities arent open past sunset, they advertise five pools but really only two are sizable enough for adults. "Just came back from and amazing holiday here. I have been her many many times before and can never fault the hotel, bar staff and restaurant staff are amazing couldn’t do enough for you working extremely long hours and always have a smile on their faces, house keeping are very good room was always spotless and made me towel art on the bed with a swan and stuff, even though I was alone. :) entertainment team very good Kirsten and Emma the 2 English girls were so nice and loved to get everyone...
