"We loved this hotel. A bit pricier than surrounding hotels but it is very worth it. It’s not crowded, the staff is friendly, they will go above and beyond to try and get you free parking (otherwise there is a nearby parking lot for a daily fee). They have a great setup with beds on the water. It’s in a great location as well. The room was nice and clean. There is also a swimming pool which I didn’t expect. The breakfast was one of the best we had!! Definitely recommend you splurge and stay here....

"The ocean view from our room in kuum hotel is phenomenal, breakfast was superb as well the lunch we had at our cabana , the staff was very helpful by reserving us a cabana right by the water , we were served delicious meals as well as cocktails. "This was my third time staying here and it was just as consistent as my previous visits. All the staff is so welcoming as soon as I came in to check in they upgraded me to a beautiful sea room on the second floor. I believe I was room 2022! The beach area at the pool area was always kept up and highly maintained and everybody was so nice! The restaurant upstairs was delicious. "For a hotel that’s quiet new it was badly maintained food was ok but not labeld so you had no idea what it was not good regarding any food Allergies NO entertainment no orange juice run out of butter NO mini bar I didn’t sleep all holiday room 323 ovoid at all costs all you can hear all night is the aircon generator asked to be moved had no other rooms available then a room came up they didn’t even clean it before showing it to us I would not recommend this hotel "
