Hotels in Arawak Cay

"When we arrived to the hotel, the lobby smelled like a sewage. We were not served any drinks upon arrival. The receptionist, Wilbur, who checked us in did not explain the resort amenities, restaurants, nor inform us about reservations for dinner. I had a rude server during dinner at the Bahama steakhouse restaurant. The bar tenders were extremely friendly, as well as the showtime workers. The hotel room itself was very clean. Food met my expectations."

"Overall we had a good trip but probably won’t go back. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The water park and pools close early 6-7pm which leaves you with not much for the kids to do. The pool staff wasn’t helpful or friendly at all. We rented a cabana and no one ever showed up to help us. We asked about the beach amenities included for the kids but were told they only put at one floating pad at a time for like 20 kids. Food prices are also extremely high for the quality. "

"We had a great time here , our room was always clean , the amenities were clean and relaxed also the have a private beach which is perfect because is not packed and there’s always chairs to enjoy the beach . "

"Normally don’t stay at large resorts but this one was beautiful. Just a warning you will do a lot of walking and waking up early to grab seats. The food was just okay It was very pricey if your used to going to an all inclusive be prepared to spend an additional 2 grand on food."
