"Excellent service and communication from front desk. Room was only to be clean once in a week, but they came by twice! Comfortable bed, cozy room with the necessities to cook, microwave and refrigerate. Standing shower, but be sure to click on the water heater, as it can be turned on and off. A/C is perfect temperature. Could use a paint job and nicer floor tiles to enhance the cleanliness of the room. But nonetheless, the hotel is clean and comfortable. There is no lift/elevator. "Loved everything about our stay at the Quincy Hotel! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the location is great (on a quiet street just off Orchard Road), and our room was super comfortable with a high ceiling and full wall-to-wall window. It was a relaxing and place to come back to after a full day out exploring Singapore, and I'd definitely choose the Quincy again on future trips!"

"Enjoyed our stay at Owen House. Laundry facilities could be upgraded as irons needed bases cleaned. Room was clean. Tea/coffee satchets were minimal in room. Also, no spare toilet rolls and we were staying a week...had to ask a few times for extras. Otherwise, it is situated in a great spot close to transport, and having City Square Mall a 3 min walk away was so handy . Recommend"
