Hospitable and warm, it is clean quiet and centrally located in walking distance to everything! "Bed was comfortable, room clean and quiet. Road works outside the hotel and lift renovation in the hotel does affect accessibility to the tram stop and it takes longer than usual to get to your floor level. Front desk staff were very friendly. We did not eat at the hotel. "

"The place is near the tram. The room is huge and there’s kitchen with microwave and water boiler and even a coffee maker. Will stay again next time in different cities. We tried the one in Amsterdam too and it was equally great! "

"This hotel was across the river from the cruise port in Rotterdam. It was a short walk over the bridge to the port. The rooms are nice, super clean, and the restaurant was great. I highly recommend."

"Its a nice hotel located an 8-10 minute walk from the Central Station so it is quite easy and convenient to get to. Breakfast was great, the staff in the morning were really nice. The area is also nice with a nice long walk that includes greenery. My only reasoning why I would give it 4 star is that the room I stayed at was in another building, overall it was a very nice hotel "
