"I stayed for the second time at this property and i don’t regret it . Definitely i will choose this hotel again for my next trip to Monterrey. What i loved the most is that I checked out a little past the accorded hours and had no issues. "

"Clean room, properly hallway are dirty and very old."

"The room was cleaned every 2 days and the shower was only cold water. It would have been nice if they hotel would have provided 2 free bottles of water everyday and if the room had a small fridge. "

"Me and my husband stayed at this hotel and all I can say it was a 10/10 experience. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was breathtaking. There was an oxxo next to the hotel if you wanted a late night snack which was super convenient. We will definitely be coming back!!"

"We did not feel comfortable staying here. There was no front desk staff available to help us, and our messages were not answered. The only person on site was a security guard, but he explained that he was only responsible for checking vehicles entering the property and could not assist with guest issues. Parking was also a major problem. There was no convenient parking directly in front of or next to the property, so we had to look for parking elsewhere. The surrounding area did not feel safe...

Bien ubicados, Wow"

"Amazing location. I loved dinning/ drinking in the terraces."

"Amazing staff, good hotel"

"The room was clean and well stocked, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for walking around the markets and local restaurants, Macro Plaza for shopping, and museums/sights. "

"The room was spotless, modern, and very cozy, with a fantastic view and a bed that offered the best night's sleep. The location is also super convenient, making it easy to explore the area and find great dining options nearby."
