"This is a very "rustic" place. The suite we had was large and had a lot of space, but was in complete disarray. The toilets were stained, the kitchen was dirty, and the general condition of the unit was poor. For example, there were, rusty, exposed screws in the bathroom where they put a new sink. "We spent 4 nights at 1 bd apt. Bed was very comfy with memory foam pillows. Super clean. I loved the balcony with partial view to the ocean. Buffet breakfast included with lots of options. Overall the hotel is very well maintained, the pool area is sorrounded by beautiful gardens and ping pong table. Personnel is very atentive and lot of security. They have a beach bar crossing the street. A plus for us is that the property has kitties that are very friendly and willing to be pet!"

"Well run, well maintained small hotel in an excellent location, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the downtown area. But, not so close to the main drag that you hear all of the loud motos and ATVs. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are not overly large, but are very comfortable.
