Hotels in Fort Smith

"Nicer than most in the $100+ range. It seemed clean although could use some updating as far as carpets, curtains, etc. were concerned. They did provide a limited breakfast buffet/walk through line of toast, bagels, make them yourself waffles, yogurt, scrambled eggs and sausage. The breakfast was ok. We're too picky to eat any of the prepared items but we were able to get a little breakfast via bagels, muffins, etc."

"Not bad for an older property. It still amazes me what you get for well over $100. We couldn't get the t.v. to work but the place seemed relatively clean and it was quiet. They provided a breakfast of bagels, ceral, muffins and even hot items like eggs and sausage. We are too picky to eat many of the breakfast items. But they were available along with coffee, juice and milk. We chose yogurt, bagels and cereal."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is showing signs of age. Always smokers hanging out by front door. Air coming out of AC in room had awful smell, didn't notice until I turned on AC right before bed, too late to switch rooms at that point. Slept poorly because of the terrible smell. Asked for refund in morning, was given Hilton points toward future stay. Would not stay here again."

"The room was clean, but bathtub had gray grout or concrete on it from tub repair!!?? We got in late and didn’t request a room change, planned only to shower and it was fine, but initial thought was, WTH. The beds are hard, not comfortable. Breakfast had options, but bacon was paper thin and floppy, and it was probably turkey sausage links, very light colored and didn’t look cooked so I microwaved them. The rest was fine: my friend said the coffee was good, juices, toast, bagels, muffins, waffle makers, cheese omelettes, and something new, a yogurt machine to make a parfait! Sausage and gravy daily which was the right thickness and good! Lots of choices, we didn’t go hungry. The rating is based on the bed comfort and disrepair of the bathtub. Would give a 4star for BF which was refilled often, and 5star for location and staff!! Details and comfort are most important to me. A few fixes and it would get a higher rating from me!"
