Whats not to like? Great location, super accommodating owners, Clean, well appointed rooms and comfortable beds. Even received an free upgrade to the suite! and a ride to the airport We would rate it SIX STARS! ******
Lovely hotel inside and out. Walkable to all of the tourist attractions in downtown Victoria. Desk staff, wait staff, and housekeeping staff were all friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and hors d'oeuvres in the afternoon were very nicely done; we thought everything was delicious. Our bathroom was spacious with lots of amenities and our room which was located in front, light and airy. The only negative I can think of was there was no elevator but we knew this when we booked. Lots of...
Second time staying at Villa Eyrie. It might be my new favorite hotel. Gorgeous setting, very comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant, and generous and gracious staff. Just be careful getting on and off the highway.
Pool was a little on the chilly side, and breakfast was pretty minimal, but overall it was a great stay and we would definitely return if we were back in the area.
We boated up from WA St. To.BC Canada. With 4 kids 9 and under. They loved the heated indoor pool and the space in the suites. We got drop prawn pots and salmon fish. We had a enjoyable three generation vacay
Best BnB in the area. Juliette was a fantastic host, prepared us a delicious breakfast, and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. She was very knowledgeable about local things to see and do. Would definitely recommend and would return again.
Great location, clean hotel, great restaurant in hotel….. friendly staff…. Especially the housekeeping staff…. They go above and beyond….. thank you housekeeper Stephanie….. u were the best!
Will return to this best western for sure!!
Thanks!
Big rooms, very helpful staff. A little pricey, too. Only (kind of) gripes is they need clothes hooks in the bathroom to hang up your clothes and conditioner and body wash were depleted. We really enjoyed our visit.
Lower pool was warm enough for kids to swim. Staff and people were friendly. The island was quiet and have decent family activities: Brooks point, Mt. Norman lookout, etc. The only thing I can ask for the resort is to upgrade the mattress. They were too soft for us. O Overall, our family had a great time and would like to visit the resort and the island again.
