"The resort was wonderful in a great location"

"Booked a Deluxe King room with a lake view. Was put in room 224...a queen with no view."

"The AC was not working and the room was way too hot. Also because it wasn't working we had no "white noise" to help with sleep. Thankfully we were able to open the sliding door to outside to cool the room down, which then made the outside noise so much more intrusive. There was no screen door on the sliding door, but thankfully there were no bugs that came in."

"Had to change rooms due to smell. Got new room and pullled out pull out couch and bedding was dirty. Walls had hand marks on them for example some smeared hand marks down them. Overall cleaniness was really poor. "

"Older motel style…updated in room with a flat tv, beds are ok…..the main thing is the room was clean."
