"The room was very clean and our view of the falls was perfect and so beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast brunch with many choices such as:, an egg/omelet station, fruit, variety of meats, breads, pastries, cereals plus many more. The staff in this restaurant were very professional and quick! Just loved it!"

"The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed, clean rooms. Very centrally located to the falls and Clifton St. you can walk through to get to the casino and Hard Rock Cafe without going outside. Only complaint is tgat at most times during my stay only 1 elevator was working on the side for my floor. We were on the 22, so we were taking 14-22 elevator’s and they took a long time. Once on, they would stop at random floors and there was no one waiting. For the amount of guests staying there it was very inconvenient for 2 out of the 3 cars to not be working. Eventually on our last day there all 3 were running, which made it sooo much better. Other than that minor hiccup, I would absolutely recommend staying at The Sheraton."
