"I stayed for 3 nights and house keeping never came. When I asked at the front desk the lady told me they only come every few days when you stay for an extended time. At the very least house keeping can come take out the trash and restock the in room coffee. The room trash cans are so small you put one leftover container in the trash and it’s full. Breakfast had such a small selection and it was the same items every time. The staff was friendly though. "

"For the age of the property it was adequately maintained. After breakfast was over the coffe maker was purposely unplugged and therefore no coffee available."

"We upgraded our hotel stay to the Holiday Inn so we could be slightly closer to the concert venue. It was in the perfect spot and had everything you may need right nearby. My husband and I were respectfully greeted on arrival. We had a comfortable night's sleep and a warm good-bye from the staff in the morning! "

"Hotel was brand new. That being said there were a lot of issues. Multiple lights didn't work in room, cords hanging down under the nightstand. No towels or wash clothes in room at check in. I have a service dog and they still charged me 100.00 for my dog. Not a deposit, they actually charged 100.00. I would not recommend this hotel for people with service animals or this is more of an extended stay type place not for comfortably."

"The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes and weed when we walked in. We immediately booked another hotel and left."

"First never use Hotels.com. They false advertise they don’t respond when problems occur and they are useless. As for the property run far far away. Drug deals outside, prostestutes, and down right dirty. I’m still waiting on a refund from Hotels.com. I’m not holding my breath. Do not stay here unless you want to be annoyed for money from drug addicts and take home bed bugs."

"This place is not as accurate as the photos listed. The building is old and run down from the outside. The stairs leading up to the second level have to be a safety concern and are falling apart. The room smelt like cigarettes and mold. It was decently clean and no bugs. You could tell they tried to remodel but likely have water issues due to the paint peeling off the walls and ceiling cracks. Seems like the tried to paint over the issues. Walls had stains. Furniture was new, bathroom looked like it tried to be remodelled but could use a new toilet. Would not stay here unless it’s a busy night with a concert or sporting event as staying without an event is pretty sketchy. Owner was really nice however, just think the building could use some love and photos could be updated to accurately depict what you’re getting. Essentially, for the price you pay, keep your standards low. "

"The rooms were so overwhelmed with smoke smell from people smoking in rooms. The sheets were dirty and had holes in them. We had to ask for another room due to the broken mirror, stained bed and cigarette burns in bed. The second room wasn’t much better. The whole area hotels were sold out so we didn’t have anywhere else to go. We went out and bought our own sheets and blanket and sat in chairs outside the room until time to sleep. We didn’t stay the second night because the first was so horrible. Will NEVER stay here again. All people ask for are clean sheets and clean rooms. The manager said well we are the cheapest rooms in town….. I see why it wasn’t even tolerable to stay at! Old , outdated carpet and stains. Blood stains and brown unidentifiable stains on carpet and sides of bed. “Clean sheets” were stained and there was even hair in the refrigerator with dirt! And they charged $580 for two nights!!! The smoke smell and deplorable conditions were unacceptable and we didn’t even get offered our money back. Just told, well we are the cheapest in town and everyone is sold out due to concert. "
