"AWFUL! Due to a late housekeeping start, I wasn’t allowed to check in over 2 hours late. The lobby was full of over 10 people trying to check in. I ended up being late to the wedding that I had to attend. The shuttle situation is a little confusing. The instructions on the listing are not how the hotel wants you to get a shuttle. You have to walk about a quarter of a mile to cross the street to get to the shopping plaza. There are other hotels near the airport; choose another one. I’ve never had something like this happen before. Just awful!"

"The quality of the hotel met my expectations. Professional staff and no negative surprises. The lady at the cafeteria was very nice and helpful. "

"Don’t get me wrong the hotel is convenient and could be a decent place to stay. However, the experience was ruined by poor service and unacceptable cleanliness. The front desk was friendly at check-in, but once I got to the room, it was a disaster from there. The sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels all had black and brown stains. It honestly looked like nothing had been cleaned, which felt extremely unsanitary. I went back to request a room change or housekeeping. They wouldn’t move me, so I asked for the room to be cleaned. After leaving for a few hours, I returned to find only the sheets and blanket changed. The pillows and towels were still stained. I complained again and was told to bring all the linens down myself if I wanted clean ones despite housekeeping still being on site. That’s unacceptable. Later that night, I finally did the exchange. That’s when I met Ms. Shannon, the night auditor. She was kind, respectful, and immediately apologized without me even saying much. She quickly provided fresh linens and showed the level of service that should’ve been there from the start. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. The lack of cleanliness and poor handling by the day staff is concerning. Big credit to Ms. Shannon, she was the best part of the stay."

"Location is great. Overall everything was good, the A/C vent blew down in one direction, so a fan of some kind would be nice to get the cool air moving in the room. The hotel is under construction and restaurant is not opened, which was a little inconvenient. It would have been nice to know before arriving. The staff was friendly."

"Staff very friendly, room clean, hot water and water pressure excellent, bed comfortable. Breakfast was bare minimum. No eggs, bagels, quality average at best."

"Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating when I asked for a room change with an extra bed. The room was a bare bones minimum motel room, but it was clean, and everything worked. AC was good and cold; water was hot and had decent pressure. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Quiet hours were observed by guests and long-term residents. Checkout was a breeze . Overall it was a good experience."

"I did not catch her name. The associate at check-in was super delightful and kind! All the staff in valet was incredible. They all were so kind, super polite and gracious. "

"The check-in staff were very accommodating, providing us with a room that was at the end of the hall and therefore very quiet (we had been traveling since 3:a.m. and would be in bed VERY early. In addition, we intended to leave the property very early the next morning; the "night auditor" was helpful at 3:00 a.m. in getting us fresh, hot coffee and water for tea so that we could be on the road again. The property itself is being renovated; the room could have used a second chair (it had two queen beds which we requested). Also, the bathtub was a bit slippery....mats might be helpful."
