Very clean and well staffed hotel, Vincent was a great help and suggested restaurants, Alex was helpful when I needed a snack fix. Across the walkway to Findlay center, saw Gary Allen, shopping and restaurants all walkable. Nice breakfast, the decaf could be better thats my only negative 5 stars for us. Hope to see yall soon.
Excellent location right in center of downtown Prescott. This was a really cool vibe with historic charm and tons of space. Large kitchen and living space and huge walk in closet you could easily put a crib into for those with littles. We def will come stay again!
The main reason we love this hotel is because I could breathe. I am sensitive to many cleaning chemicals and never have an issue. The hotel is clean, but no chemical smell. Even the bedsheets don't give me issues. There was an issue at check in for everyone, the rooms weren't ready because of a weird situation the night before, but the staff was friendly and offered compensation. The lobby was nice to hang out in when we had to wait.
It was really nice. It was quiet, service was really good, and check in and out was easy. My only complaint would be that the beds were a little dusty and there was no garbage bags in any trash can in my suite. Other than that I loved it. Will be back again.
The staff was awesome and so sweet and very helpful. The room was clean and neat and looked just like a little apartment. They even brought us a child's crib/playpen. Everything was just really nice. Would highly recommend this hotel to everybody.
Ingrid is a delightful host. She made us feel very much at home. We stayed in the Northern Exposure room, which was delightfully decorated in the style of the Pacific North west. All the exacting touches decorating the room alone were worth the stay. I have wanted to stay in Jerome ever since I passed through it many years ago, and was pleased by this opportunity. It is a delightful historical town, well worth a visit.
