"The rooms were clean. Main problem was the noise. We expected it from the harbor but alot of slamming doors and moving furniture around. Loud talking. For the price we would of expected a quieter hotel. Staff was really friendly and very accommodating. "

"Mother’s Day Weekend 2026: The Maison is CLOSED. The advertising online Expedia may have you thinking that the Rosario Maison is open but No it is not. The room we stayed in is in adjacent building on Rosario property. You have access to private beach area and private garden. The room has Roku, microwave, coffee. There is no noise filtering. People came in the middle of the night and they were so loud. There is no staff onsite. Contactless entry code. The advertising on Expedia about where you will actually be staying is deceiving."

"Unique hotel with some quirks. Great location, walkable to downtown and all the restaurants. Staff is friendly and responsive. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We stayed in a room that had a shared bathroom; and it seemed like quite a few of the rooms were sharing. One of the showers has not very much room and the curtain really hugs you."

"Best place to stay on the island. The property is wonderful and the hosts helped us more than they could possibly know with our trip and all the people we had staying there."

"There is little soundproofing between rooms and every step can be heard from the room upstairs and next to us. We could hear every step from above and also conversations that prevented us from getting much sleep. We were also woken early by guests in the room next door who entertained guests on the porch and took chairs from our porch without regard for us in the room next to them. We don’t understand why guests were given rooms next to us when there were only 4 rooms occupied in the entire building on one of the nights we stayed. (There other night we were told it was fully booked). It is an older property so I understand that the noise issue may be unavoidable. I recommend the management warn guests of the thin walls and also those staying on the first floor will likely hear all from the floor above. "
