The staff was so very helpful and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. My daughter was moving to the area for a teaching position and they were very kind and helpful and I left knowing she had met some people who were there for her in case she needed help. I would say that is going above and beyond! I certainly would stay there again and recommend it highly.
We stayed for one night but we wished we stayed longer. The town is off the beaten path, so genuine and friendly. The hotel is close to the center of town so you can walk to the few restaurants at night. It really a town where everyone knows everyone. Very clean and well-located hotel. Charming interior design. Close to center of amazing Osuna. Hot water for showrr an issue. Staff super helpful and friendly. Bare-minimum room tbat wad tight but adequate.
It is a fantastic place to stay. My only complaint was some of the others who were staying there. A little noisy but after living in Spain for 5 years you learn to go with the flow. The staff were excellent, friendly and very informative!
