Llegar puede ser un pelín complicado pues es un camino que rodea la montaña y que aunque asfaltado, es estrecho y sin iluminación (viniendo desde Andorra) y sin iluminación así que mirad de venir durante el día. La gente que lo gestiona es muy amable y siempre mirando de ayudarte o darte conversación. El hotel se ve limpio y todo funciona perfectamente y el desayuno, fenomenal. El pan te lo tuestan ellos mismos al fuego así que puede imaginarte que se come bien

We visited La Seu to attend the World Cup Canoe/Kayak Competition. Hotel a short walk to the venue. Friendly and hardworking staff. Excellent breakfast. Elevator to lobby, but then need to walk up stairs to get to rooms. Room was small. Bath tub/ shower had slippery surface. Garage 1.5 blocks away. I injured myself at Olympic Park and the staff could not have been more helpful. Many small restaurants within 500 meters of hotel, with two excellent gelato kiosks just across the street. Just...

Great rooms and great staff everything was top notch

Our favorite hotel in Andorra, quiet and a great value. The rooms are modern with high quality decor. The location is centric but hotel parking is limited and tight. Public parking is 2 minutes walk away and spacious. We stayed here numerous times and will come back soon.

I totally screwed up and failed to notify the hotel that I was arriving after 8, but they did an awesome job of making sure I was all set. The location is amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent value.

Such a nice hotel with wonderful staff. Across the street from Caldea Spa ( highly recommend) and 2 min walk to the pedestrian zone and 20 min walk to old town. Parking is available underground for a fee. Would love to return!

Two seniors in their early 70 from the U.S. who are not too picky about European hotels, and usually stay at 3 star locations stayed at Hotel de l’Isard in Andorra. We arrived with a car around 2pm on a weekday and our room was ready. There is a parking space in front of the hotel to drop off luggage. We had to park in Public Parking about one block away—be sure to have the hotel validate your parking ticket and go to the ticket office in the parking lot to pay when you leave so you get the...

Amazing Hotel! Views are just spectacular! I stayed on top floor overseeing mountains and rapid brook - beautiful. On the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had in my life with unlimited wine and champagne. Exquisite and inexpensive restaurant downstairs. Located 5 minutes walk from the center and bus stop.
