This hotel was wonderful! It was about a five minute walk to the lake, which was beautiful! There are several restaurants to eat around this part of the lake. The hotel also had a nice pool if you aren't much of a lake person. Our room (which was spacious, clean, and updated) was on the third floor so it had stunning views of the lake and mountains however we didn't get any wifi service in our room. We could only could get it in the lobby, not sure if any other rooms got service though. The...

We had a great stay. Customer service was excellent and the property and the view from it are beautiful. Petro at the front desk and Alberto at the pool both gave us excellent service. Only suggestion would be to add coffee machines in the room but other then that, I would rate the experience a ten out of ten. We would definitely come back again.

Absolutely amazing building, art decoration, functionality. The villa is just beautiful all around. Great job in converting it into a hotel. Great lobby, pool area, spa, restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff was very helpful in all aspects of our needs. Not much at walking distance, aside from a couple restaurants, dry clean, pharmacy. The region around it is very beautiful, with many wineries at close distance, lake Garda about 1h drive away. We had a blast in our 4 nights stay.
the location is perfect. walking over to the private beach was excellent. the service in the hotel, at the beach area and all around was exceptional. the breakfast in the morning was absolutely spectacular. the location is in easy walking distance, lakeside, to many shops and restaurants. really couldn't have been better.

You do have to walk a bit to and from a paid parking lot, because the hotel is in an Old Town
