"We stayed here for a couples city break. We chose this hotel due it being a bit away from the hussle and bussle of the city centre. It was very quiet, and we loved we could go out a walk in the area or take a walk into town which was about 20mins The hotel is immaculate, room was great, everything you need. All staff were friendly and helpful. The enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good selection"

"Excellent Stay at the Moxy Belfast We stayed at the Moxy Belfast last weekend and had a very enjoyable stay. Although we arrived before check-in, the receptionist was extremely helpful, storing our luggage and allowing us to explore the city without hassle. Check-in later was quick and efficient. Our room was spotless, fresh, comfortable and well maintained. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean with no signs of mould or wear. We couldn't fault the room. Our friends did experience an issue with a constantly running toilet. Although it wasn't resolved on the first report, it was repaired the following day after they raised it again. To the hotel's credit, the duty manager handled the situation professionally, apologised and offered complimentary breakfast as a goodwill gesture. Breakfast proved to be excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold items plus plenty of drink choices. We enjoyed it on all three mornings and felt it offered great value for money. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The bar team were particularly welcoming, and the manager who assisted us was outstanding, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. The hotel has a modern, stylish feel, an excellent city-centre location and offers great value for money. Would we stay again? Absolutely. Rating: 5/5 Tip: Book the breakfast. The quality, variety and value are excellent."
