"I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was neat. Krakow is a cute little fishing village. The only negative was that there wasn't an elevator and we were on the last level. This is definitely a problem for someone who can't climb stairs like my 86 year old mom who just had hip replacement surgery. But once we made it up we just stayed in the room for the night. The breakfast was good the next morning. Again the staff was very pleasant."

"Beschriebener Pool nicht vorhanden, WLAN nicht funktioniert, Internet und Handyempfang kaum vorhanden, frische Handtücher nach 2 Tagen selber geholt, Zimmerreinigung und Zimmerservice trotz anwesender Corona-Gruppe nicht täglich, bis auf eine sehr nette, tätowierte Mitarbeiterin und einen jungen bemühten Mann leider Personal eher inkompetent und arrogant in Erinnerung geblieben."

"The Hotel smelled bad, old, no AC in the room, no available restaurant on a wednesday and 2,5km to find a good one, the receptionist could not speak english, another guest translated for us. she was slow checking in and needed Google translate to ask us how to pay. The only good thing was that is was close to the Ferry. Stayed here on our way from a trip in Europe back Home."
