"I cannot thank enough the staff at Presidente Chapultepec. I traveled with my two college aged granddaughters one of whom was in crutches . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we went down to the lobby and back in the hotel we met at least four or five staff members asking if they would help. We had stayed at the hotel in 2019 and were eager to return. The place has been completely remodeled, ample rooms and wonderful beds."

Requested for the same room (406) I stayed the last time so I knew what to expect. I like that this hotel is away from the touristy area. I got to experience people living in the area going about their daily routine. I always looked forward getting back to a quiet and air conditioned room after a long day of sightseeing and braving the metro rush hour crowd.

Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. Nice and modern hotel about 10 min drive from the airport. Pleasantly surprising for the price. Not sure about neighborhood, but it met our goal to be near airport for early morning flight. They have free shuttle to the airport 24/7, that leaves every 30 min. Check/in and check/out was easy.
