"the bay area Beach water was very shallow,our frig wasn't working at full capacity had to leave stuff in freezer got towel that where rip and torn.went to swim in pool at 7am and couldn't find two chairs together without towels on that people saved. there 2 hour limit is not enforced, people would come out 3/4/5hrs later.wont go back enjoyed Divi Golf Resort last yr much nicer."
"This is my second year at Barcelo and I was very disappointed. The staff was not very nice besides a handful of them. The bed was awful there was still sand on our floor in our room. The TV kept losing signal. The WiFi connection was awful. We would lose it every two minutes. The restaurants were okay. The Italian restaurant L’Olio is amazing! The Arubian Seafood was delicious! The buffet is the worst. Nothing good there ever. I was very disappointed with the stay. The only up side to this resort is the location and price but I still think I paid too much for not receiving anything good."
"This property has the beach, the location and the great staff. It also has the biggest price tags. Not saying it isn’t worth it, but be ready. It also has the worst casino on the island. Luckily the Hyatt down the street has probably the nicest casino so it worked out."
"My family stayed for five nights. We all liked it. The staffs are friendly. It is close to eagle beach. The pool is well maintained. Breakfast is great. Room is clean. It will be better if some plates, bowels and cuttery are offered."
