"The property was great, the food and service was excellent.
Unfortunately the shuttle service that was offered with my trip that i paid extra for was awful. Our trip was delayed coming in and so no one was there to pick us up, on the way home the shuttle service came 5 hours before our flight departed. Get a cab it’s cheaper and more reliable"
"Beautiful site. We loved the free drinks (non-alcoholic for us) and snacks in the evening. They have an amazing breakfast buffet. We saved hundreds of dollars on food expenses staying here! The staff was all kindness, rooms clean and well maintained. Take the free electric bikes to eagle beach for the day. It’s a lovely time!"
"I enjoyed my stay. The room is large and air conditioning works well. I would recommend having a chair without arms or a unit where one can put their suitcase. In my case this was a bunnies trip so a room with a small desk and chair would have been great. It is no frills but I enjoyed the free parking and found the staff friendly and helpful."

"The bathrooms need work. The floors in the bathroom need to be buffed or something. Additionally, not everything is included in this “all inclusive” resort. You have to pay for the pool tables and game room. Also, you have to pay for room service - and not just the delivery fee. They charged us for the same food they put out from 11-2, as advertised, because they stopped putting food out at 1. $25 for a burger, when they were supposed to put food out until 2. As far as location, location was PRIME. The food in the restaurants was surprisingly decent. I highly recommend L’Olio. Also, one of the security guards, not knowing I speak Spanish, s"
