The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..
It is a quirky small hotel, as evidenced by the level door on an angled hill street. The room is small (minimalist) but the beds are nice and comfortable. A/C works great. Making up for the quirkiness of the hotel is that it is very conveniently located to the Zürich HB, without the noise. I would stay here again. For Zürich hotels, the price is reasonable.
The entire staff was great! From email correspondence to when we arrived, during our stay and upon departure. Kristina at the front desk was fantastic! Overall everyone was great and welcoming.
We stayed in the Junior Suite and it offered a nice layout for a family of 4. The location walkable to the Old Town and there was a delicious restaurant in the building.
From check in to check out this hotel is amazing. If your going to an event at Stadion Letzigrund it’s a 5 minute walk which is nice after event not to have wait for public transportation or fight traffic in your car. The breakfast was outstanding. They will make you any kind of omelettes or eggs you like. Plus lots of other good breakfast foods. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and sun deck were relaxing. Would recommend everyone to stay here when in Zurich.
It's hard to believe that an "older" hotel in the middle of Zurich can feel so updated and elegant. I don't know if they remodeled recently, but every square inch seemed spotless. As one of the Rick Steves recommended hotels, the staff and facilities were outstanding. This will be our "go to" hotel if we get back to Zurich.
I really enjoyed my time at Harry’Home Hotel,very clean, cozy, nicely decorated.I stayed in December and they had very nice Christmas decoration.Is a quiet place even though the train passes by very close to the property I didnt hear ANYTHING.Very convenient location with an Aldi grocery store just across the street.Overall, I loved it!
The property is expensive, but in many ways worth it. Always a taxi available. Taxi to airport approx $60 (US currency) each way or you can make your way to the train station (10 min walk). Hotel is close to everything and just far enough from the crowds to make it enjoyable. Good price, very clean room, great staff. Free Wi-fi was superb. Helpful, courteous front end staff that went above and beyond and sometimes out of their way to make us feel comfortable, and find lots to do in the city and surrounding area.
The check in process was easy. The hotel is in a great location, off the public tranportation line, close to a grocery store and a wonderful Italian restaurant next door.
My room was clean, comfortable and had what I needed. The hotel offered a gym which was great.

The response from the host was very timely and helpful! I would definitely stay again! However, there were more stairs entering the property than expected or described. This was a true inconvenience for limited mobility persons.
We recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights on vacation. Although not in central Zurich, it was easily accessible (about 20 minutes) by train. In fact, we used the trains as our mode of transportation mostly and this hotel is just across the street in perfect location. There are many restaurants and shopping nearby within 3 to 5 minutes walk, as well as a small local grocery next door.

Rooms were excellent and spacious with a sitting area. Shower was very large and water pressure was great. Only drawback was that pillows were to thick and difficult to sleep with. Great location and walking distance to mall and restaurants
