Learn more about Island Park
Fly fishing the Henry's Fork might spoil you for all other rivers, with trout rising in waters so clear you can count their spots. In winter, snowmobilers carve fresh tracks through forests where moose watch with bemused tolerance. The quirky 33-mile-long 'Main Street' claims world record status, though it's really just Highway 20 connecting lodges originally incorporated to serve cocktails legally. Big Springs bubbles up crystal-clear water where massive trout swim lazily, untroubled by fishing lines. Harriman State Park offers trails through meadows where trumpeter swans nest. Mesa Falls thunders year-round, with rainbows dancing in the mist. After adventures, soak in Sawtelle Mountain Resort's hot springs while planning tomorrow's expedition to Yellowstone, just minutes away.

Cabin Village
"Will definitely stay here again if we come back! Loved the cabin, was right next to the grocery store which made packing lunches for our park day so convenient, and was very clean and maintained. We also appreciated the fact they had wagons available to get luggage from the parking area to each cabin."
Island Park Lodge
"Perfect price and location to Yellowstone"
The Preserve
"The room was amazing and clean and with all needed stuff. The sauna and hot tub was a common one for all, but luckily we were able to use it with no one around waiting. The property has no reception desk or office and no persons to interact or check for any issues, so would suggest that its listed in the property details ."

Starlight Retreat Yellowstone
"My child and I had a great stay at Starlight! The tent was spacious, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. It was awesome to have the ability to charge our devices using the solar-powered charging device. There was a mat for shoes to help keep the carpeting clean (yes, there is carpet so you're not stepping on the hard, cold bottom of a tent). You have the ability to open up multiple tent flaps so that sunshine or air can move through the tent without exposing you to bugs because there are screens on each of them, including the entrance/exit. The bed was super soft. We didn't have a chance to use the kitchen facilities or join the nightly campfire, but we saw plenty of people enjoying/using them both. It was great to be able to grab hot water or tea in the check-in tent in the morning and I know that there was fresh cold water on hand as well as coffee (in addition to small selection of snacks and breakfast items for purchase). The restrooms and showers were very clean, especially for a campground, and there was plenty of body wash and shampoo in the showers for those who needed it. You are also given fresh towels when you arrive. Distance from shopping and restaurants: Mere minutes from a grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, etc. Distance (Yellowstone): Easy, fairly short drive to the West entrance. Local Sites: Upper Mesa Falls is about 30 minutes away and has incredible views. If you want to stay at a super comfy location with good amenities, this is it!"

"Very nice cabin inside."
Sawtelle Mountain Resort
"Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. I did check out the hot tub and indoor pool. The hot tub was very small and there were already 5 people, so I decided to take a bath in my room instead which was great. Breakfast was decent with sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy."
