My first choice when in Providence, which is often. Love the location ( Brown and RISD)..great water view too. Excellent jumping off point for the East Bay Bike Trail, a beautiful 28 mile round trip to Bristol and back. Lots of good food options in nearby Fox Point.

We really liked the design of the hotel & the rooms. The king bed & pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice & big, and we liked that the shear shade was a picture of trees! :-) The breakfast had many options, and the staff made sure it was fully stocked. The front desk people were super friendly and the check-in was quick & easy. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a 6 minute drive to Battleship Cove & Narrows Center for the Arts.

Check in was fine, no elevator and could not get washer to work. Gentlemen at the front desk did not seem to care.

It was perfect for our quick stopover in Newport. Full breakfast which was nice to have.

This is the third time we have stayed here. Just one night as we passed through visiting relatives. This time we had a suite with the loft and it was the whole family-including three small children. Very roomy and nice. The location is downtown Newport. The parking is GREAT. You can leave your car right in front and walk anywhere. The staff was incredibly pleasant. Very clean and not far from Gillette Stadium. Great price!

We had a great stay here. It was perfect for the early risers we are and a 2 minute walk to the Easton beach. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my daughter and I and so we had time to hang in the living room and enjoy a movie together but our own space to read and relax at night. No sharing a bathroom was a huge plus! lol The Cliff Walk and mansions were all in walking distance as well and we took full advantage of that. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great but seating area was small. In a busy area and close to restaurants. Houses next to the hotel were either abandoned or severely neglected. However the area was safe.

It was a great stay close to a lot of things would highly recommend
