The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.

A beautiful room and property. Self-check in works smoothly. Great location to walk to restaurants and shops.

I just was there 5 nights and literally every member of staff was so incredibly helpful and kind to us. We are very high maintenance guests and I know it. My daughter has special needs so it is necessary but no one made us feel badly for all I had to request and in fact made me feel like a friend. You’ve got an amazing staff. From housekeeping who just jumped in to help me without even needing to ask, every member of the front desk were amazing and helpful, the breakfast was amazing every day,...

Parking was easy. Staff very welcoming.

If you want an olde worlde pub in a great location then this is the place. Great atmosphere in an historic building right across from the cathedral and 5 mins into town.

I liked #20 because it was on ground floor. I shared this suite of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a friend. We made our own breakfast with cereals and fruit which was just fine. 5 minute walk to the Abbey. The place is an excellent value.

We loved our stay at Luna Simone. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were the perfect start to the day. The family made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to accommodate my family. Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Best choice in London!

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.

We enjoyed the holiday decor and the art installations. They also provided a celebratory wine and desert treat for our anniversary. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of London.

The staff are very courteous and helpful. The Edith Evans junior suite has become our favorite
