"We brought our 2 3-year-olds and 10 year old for a little getaway and this hotel was perfect. There was always something to do, it was close to town, and the kids had a blast. My only real complaint is that there was only one elevator and getting to and from the room was a little inconvenient, but we will definitely be back!"

"We have stayed at this property before and the staff is very helpful other than calling down to the front desk at 8:30 am and asking for a late checkout cause we had a late night and the front desk approving our 12 noon request (check out is 11am ) to the house keeper opening pur door tben the front desk calling and telling me Kate check out’s are $50 )I was not happy about that ) I did ask to speak to the manager and the apologized and told us to take our time checking out. I find this location has a lot of misunderstandings and communication problems. The last time we stayed here before this time they closed early the indoor water park in the lodge and didn’t have all the indoor waterslides open because staff wasn’t available they said but come to find out it was really because there wasn’t a lot of in-house guests. I don’t think that’s fair for guests because we pay the same price on a non-busy day as a busy days and should have all the amenities available to us.as we are paying a lot to stay and want to use like I said yhe amenities."

"First off, the front desk staff during our stay was amazing-funny, kind and helpful. The room was good, pretty much just a normal room. Breakfast was good and dining area was nice. And the complimentary coffee in the lobby kept us going. The pools and hot tub were wonderful, but we had to stay mindful to avoid needing a tetanus shot, as the doors from the indoor to outdoor pool were almost 100% rust. Really quite unacceptable that these doors haven’t been changed."

"We absolutely loved it here! The woman at the desk gave my husband & I a free complimentary upgrade, so we were able to stay in one of the suites that came with a heart shaped jacuzzi! The room was very clean, the staff were very nice & helpful, & we loved the outdoor pool! Would definitely recommend this hotel. My husband & I will definitely be back!"

"The pool wasn't quite as big as I had hoped based on the picture, BUT it had one very big advantage over lots of other hotel pools: it has an ACTUAL DEEP END (9 ft). This made it really popular with the kids who swam in it every day. It also had a really nice temperature and the "building" it was in made it pleasant to swim in even during nights when it got a little chilly. Rooms were simple but clean and perfectly comfortable. The walking distance to the village and the pool were the big plusses as far as I am concerned. I enjoyed our stay!"
