"Overall very clean and well maintained. I don’t think I realized this was going to have a kitchenette and was a waste of space for me. Also the location was not really on our route, so it was not very practical for our needs. Maybe more suited for an extended stay."

"Half the rooms smell like somebody’s been smoking in them. It’s horrible. So I transferred to a room it smelled OK but the air conditioner was so noisy and clanging. It was hard to sleep."

"I stayed in baymont in Dothan for 2 nights and I was pleasantly surprised with the new rooms and the cleanliness of the entire hotel breakfast was good and the staff were courteous and very helpful."

"We arrived on Friday about 3pm, book in was ok we were informed our room was on 2nd floor but the one elevator was out of order, I advised the receptionist that I had recently had a knee replacement and could she find me a room on the 1st floor, she informed me that they were fully booked., NO help was provided to take our luggage to our room. I noticed that there was no sign of an engineer nor the next 2 days of our stay - Bad management. There was no water/coffee available after breakfast had finished. Very disappointing for a quality hotel. On the bright side our room was excellent. I advised the receptionist that 8 weeks previous i had had a knee replacemdent "

"Killed multiple roaches during my 7 hour stay, fridge shelves were missing, beds were extremely uncomfortable, toilet was clogged on my arrival and no plunger present to remedy the situation. There was what appeared to be feces smeared on the door and wall in the bathroom Bedsheets had holes melted in them as did one pillow, no washcloths present in bathroom. Extremely disappointed. I will never stay here again."
