"The site was lovely. You would not realise it was on a residential street. Staff that phoned was lovely and very informative. Everything around the pod was clearly organised and signs for instructions were provided where needed. Amazing atmosphere sitting by the lake, even if you don’t fish! Amenities were great too. Shops nearby if needed. As others have mentioned, the shower is the only small downfall (quite literally) as the pressure is quite poor. Sadly I think this is down to the shower model itself as I’ve had this shower previously at other properties and had the same experience. Not of owners fault as this may of only been the one compatible with the fuse box. Other than that, great experience and will definitely add it to our list of “approved places” to stay. "

"Comfy and clean room, staff were very helpful and an all round tip top place to stay. Downside, I am glad the breakfast was included as this was just about edible. "

"Incredible location and great value for money - our room was nice and comfortable. Two main things let the stay down - first off, there was a horrible smell in the hallway when we first arrived, which had spread into our room. Everything was fine after we aired it out, but we had to hold our breath whenever we left the room. Secondly, when checking out the receptionist was very rude. Didn't even look at us when we walked up to the desk, just said "bear with me" and carried on working on the computer for a couple of minutes before turning to face us. Everyone else we spoke to were very nice."

"We’ve stayed here before and the hotel was passable. But this time there was no hot water for at least 2 days in half the hotel. The hotel continued to book people into those rooms despite the lack of a basic amenity. This was on top of the food being particularly poor - we saw several meals being sent back to the kitchen. In the end we cancelled the remaining night on our stay and went elsewhere, and we definitely weren’t alone in this."

"Very convenient location. Near a main road yet quiet. Ample parking spaces. Clean rooms although the carpet on the alleyways are coming off. Very good for the price. We arrived to find only 1 set of towel for a party of three but it was sorted out quickly at reception. Would definitely stay again when around the area. "

"Our room was on the top floor. No lift so a few flights of stairs to get there. Room was small but adequate. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We dined in the restaurant as there wasn't a lot of choice nearby. Hotel was handy for what little Boston had to offer."

"No parking . Their own parking across the road was £10 per night. The breakfast let our stay down. The staff repeatedly got the orders wrong and the cooked breakfast was very poor quality. I don’t recommend the vegetarian breakfast. The lamps on the tables need removing as they are at eye level and you can’t see each other! "
