"The staff at the desk was so nice especially the blonde with glasses and short hair.. she was so friendly. Room smelled like dirty cheesy feet. Couldn’t find a blow dryer, and the bathroom door didn’t lock. It wasn’t worth the money imo but it was last minute booking. All n all it wasn’t bad."

"While the room looked like it was recently painted I was disappointed to discover it was for a handicapped person without any prior notice. I imagine it impacted the price of the room and perhaps made it cheaper but I would have paid more if I was offered a regular room without the open shower stall. I shared the room with others so I would have liked a closed stall without the water spillage. I didn’t bother asking if other rooms were available due to it being a short trip but in the future we should be told at the booking and upon arrival before checking into the room. "

"The hotel is aesthetically very pleasing and well located, but the on-site karaoke bar was a huge miss for us. Somehow we didn't realize this was in the lobby of the hotel when we booked, and it was incredibly disruptive and loud starting at 7pm. By 10pm, we had to ask to move rooms to a higher floor to get away from the noise. The rooms are stylish and decently appointed, if not a bit sparse. I was looking for a fun getaway for myself and my teenage daughter but the "cool" vibes ultimately backfired on us and robbed us of a relaxing stay. "

"We stayed in a suite in Building 2, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable—hard as a rock—and easily the worst I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. There were also several maintenance issues in the room. Both of the sun-filter roll-down shades in the bedroom were broken, there was a cracked window, and the shower curtain rod was barely attached, hanging on by just one screw. Another major drawback was the view. The neighboring property appears to be abandoned and is essentially a junkyard, with piles of debris—wood, sinks, toilets, and more—stacked high. While we noticed it when parking, any rooms facing that direction would have a direct and very unpleasant view. Additionally, the indoor pool heater was not working, which was disappointing. Overall, the property has potential, but in its current condition it felt more like an outdated dorm or long-term rental than a well-maintained hotel."
