The only thing I found objectionable is that when the room which was apparently designed for a couple was was made to accommodate three people by putting there an additional bed, the room became rather crammed.
We were very impressed with the restaurant on the seventh floor. The rooms were meticulous and well decorated. The front desk attendants spoke perfect English and were very helpful!
This hotel is in a fabulous location. Just a five minute walk to the train station, and tons of restaurants and shops on the same street. It is somewhat basic in it's amenities, but it was clean. Definitely a budget hotel, but for the price we paid, we would stay there again.
GREAT location. Walkable! Just be sure that you get a room with air conditioning if you want it bc not all rooms have it. The location is excellent. Cant stress that enough. Also, if you’re driving, be sure to reserve parking; they have limited space. But you can also park 24/7 at Hotel de Ville parking which is close by
The staff at this hotel could not have been any nicer. They helped us plan a day drive out to the surrounding areas and took time to plan maps, etc. When we checked in, the staff made sure we knew about the Cathedral show as well - both of these tips absolutely made our trip! The location of the hotel can't be beat it's right in the center of the main restaurant area in town you can walk the promenade and find everything you need.
A fully modernised Campanile, so very comfortable (if narrow) beds and a large and effective shower, rather than a short bath. Very well situated, with easy access to the Autoroute and to the centre of Reims. Very helpful manager.
