"The room itself was good as it is close to the pool. But needs upgrade with the carpet and there were already peeling of the celling paint. This is especially with the room rate that they are charging. Also, I had to ask an extra bath robe as they only provided 1 and toiletries not complete (no body wash). So guests must bring their own. Aside from these, the general surrounding was quite relaxing and fun for the whole family."

"The room we got at check-in didn't look like the room we booked on Expedia at all!! Our room was in the corner of the ground floor small, old and ugly looking. It didn't match the description and the pictures at all. The carpet looked gross and the bedding didn't feel fresh. The bathroom was clean but the shower had low pressure. The breakfast was very poor, we didn't eat anything. Lavazza coffee machine with the pods in the room was a nice touch, but there was no free pods in the lobby to take, you had to ask for them. Overall we had a disappointing experience. We don't recommend this hotel."

"The property is well laid out. Great location to ski lifts and hot tubs. Definitely would stay again. Owners were very helpful and accomodating. "

"Ski slopes were very close, Approach Hotel.is right near one of the main chairlifts which was very convenient. What was not convenient was the wxcessive noise every night in the corridors and in the stairwell of the hotel, and the techno rave music coming from the T-Bar pub next door.The thumping bass continued till 2am in the morning. Staff were hard to find to voice my concerns about this, and the noise continued every night into the early hours which ruined what was otherwise a great trip."
