She gave us a new room for the rest of our stay.(4 days) Ended up on the 8th floor best room ever. Notes on room 205 Your tower room is 2nd floor looking at bar and palm trees. Look down it's the kiddy pool. Your room is across from lobby with a door that squeeeeks and slams every time someone comes in, starts around 5:45am."
