First time we had stayed at this facility. Front desk staff was outstanding and took action to make us feel very welcome. Maid service could have been better since they only came in 2 of the four days that we were guests. Had to ask the front desk for a replacement for the tissue box. Front desk folks (Irene Reyes especially) went out of their way to make us feel welcome and secure a wheelchair for my wife during the entire stay.
