Learn more about Victoria Falls
Thundering water creates a permanent rainbow at Victoria Falls, where the mighty Zambezi River dramatically plunges into a gorge. Adrenaline seekers can brave the 'Devil's Pool' at the very edge during dry season. For less heart-stopping thrills, helicopter flights offer spectacular aerial views locals call 'The Flight of Angels.' Victoria Falls National Park provides walking paths along the misty cliff face. Cross the historic Victoria Falls Bridge for views from both Zimbabwe and Zambia sides. Nearby Zambezi National Park hosts elephants that often wander to the riverbank. The David Livingstone statue commemorates the explorer who named the falls after his queen. After adventures, the town's cafes offer respite and tales from guides who speak of the falls with reverent familiarity.

The N1 Hotel & Campsite Victoria Falls
"The place is so quiet, peaceful and clean good staff breakfast is so delicious"
Miombo Mews
"The apartment was beautiful, well decorates and comfortable. Included breakfasts were delicious. Super impressed with the bag breakfast we took with us on one of our safari days. Only downside is it is a little bit from the center of town. However that made the respite that much more peaceful."
Victoria Falls Oasis Hotel
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Felt welcome. Nice room and good shower. Clean, great location for everything. Lovely food and drinks. Can highly recommend."
Livingstone Lodge
"Very clean rooms, staff is friendly and helpful. Elton at the reception and Richard at the bar were extremely helpful and nice. Good Wifi. No TV in room but there's a community one at the bar area. Breakfast was great as well."
Liam Victoria Falls
"Liam guest house is in a great position, walked into town no problem. We arranged to be met at the airport for 30 bucks. Room was very comfortable and exceptional clean. Tea/coffee facilities, fridge, mircrowave, a great shower. Massive comfy bed. Breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed our stay overall."
Palm River Hotel
"Beautiful outlook, handy location with free shuttle bus."
Savanna68 Hotel
"Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Staff was very polite. Airport shuttle both ways was free."
Insika Lodge
"A boutique and very personal (only 3 year old) hotel a little outside the main Victoria Falls town. Offers regular free shuttle into town and down to Vic Falls Entrance. Outside the designated times, you have to book taxis but the hotel have an account with reliable supplier. We had the larger signature room which was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff are very helpful. Cooked breakfasts are good. Only slight criticism is that dinner can be quite slow and it’s best to go for the fresh cooked grills."
Bhejane Lodge
"The room was clean and everything worked well. The place is small and I never saw anyone in the bar. (Not an issue for us). Rooms are pretty small as well. Breakfast was cereal, fruit and eggs cooked to your liking as well as sausage, bacon and beans. -So, a nice breakfast. Extra person in the room was very tight and cost $70/night. So, that was a little expensive. It's a small town, so everything is close. But fairly far for walking. Use InDrive as a ride hailing app and anywhere you want to go will end up costing you $3 each way."
