Beneath the waters of Douglas Lake lies a town that refused to drown. The historic downtown of Tennessee's second-oldest settlement showcases antique shops and cafes surrounding the stately Jefferson County Courthouse. Rent a boat to explore the lake's hidden coves or cast a line for bass that locals insist grow suspiciously large. The levee wall protecting downtown tells a fascinating story of a community that negotiated with the TVA to save its historic buildings. Great Smoky Mountains National Park beckons nearby with hiking trails and wildlife viewing. For a perfect afternoon, grab coffee at a Main Street cafe before browsing the Shoppes at Roper Mansion for locally-made treasures.
Sevierville has lots of choices for hotels. This one was a blind booking - needed a place close to the convention center. What a NICE surprise! VERY friendly staff, and when my luggage didn't show up until 24 hours later.... they were right there calling me at my event to let me know.
My room had a corner fireplace - very nice touch on a chilly night!
Service was excellent during our 4 night stay, rooms were clean and housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast area was always kept clean and coffee was already made and plentiful. Laundry facility available on site as well. We were more than satisfied with our stay and plan to return here this spring again.
We actually selected this hotel on Expedia while in the parking lot. There were several less expensive hotels nearby but, knowing Hampton Inn's reputation, I decided to go with comfort over price. Good call on my part.

Waiting to check in an no one at front desk been waiting for 30 minutes Rebecca finally came to us and checked us in telling us reasons for not being at front desk is that (shes head of house keeping, an also she's does the maintenance,, and she stated she does payroll).my wife an myself where ready to leave this hotel, but we decided to stay we met an amazing person. Sonya helped us out due to a bad experience with one of there workers ( Rebecca ).. also met another coworker the...
The ladies that checked us in were fantastic! The room was fine, nothing fancy, just a place to sleep. Unfortunately the men in the room next to us woke us up at 2am & none of us slept well after that. Breakfast was good, the lady serving was friendly. Check out was simple. Great view!
Excellent location. Far enough from PF to feel secluded but close enough to be right in the middle of everything PF has to offer in less than 30 mins. The only issue is that the plugs easily fell out of most of the electrical outlets, so I recommend bringing snug plugs or similar outlet tightened adapters.
Check in and overall communication was easy. Cabin is well stocked with cooking tools, towels, etc. Bed was super comfortable.
Beautiful hotel, very nice staff and clean. The only thing that I didn't like is the fact dining here, does not offer any vegan options. There are 97 million vegetarians and 1 million Vegans in the US alone not counting other countries. I am pretty sure I am not the only Vegan that has stayed at DreamMore, thus it is important to accommodate all of your guest.
Amazing historic hotel close to everything. Great breakfast buffet. Clean rooms and modern bathrooms. Loved the porch!
Only bad is they blast FOX and Friends at max volume in the dining area at breakfast.
Very friendly staff from check in to valet check out , our room was very very clean . Was a long walk from the front desk but everything there was great, will book again next year
