"Clean rooms, friendly staff, my favorite hotel to stay in when I’m in downtown Spokane. "

"Room was spotless. The premier suite was extremely large and spacious, with all appliances working. Entire room was completely stocked. The room even had a washer/dryer that we didnt know was in there. Bathroom was very nice and large with the shower and bathroom having its own privacy door. Staff was excellent and very courteous. Highly recommend and will regurn myself."

"Check-in was great! The gal had a sweet demeanor and was very friendly. Roo. Was nice! Shower was dirty though and had hair on the wall from the previous guest. Checkout was quick, easy and that gal was also super sweet! Great representation at the front desk!"

"The pool was fun. Heads up your child must be over a certain size to go down the slide. My 5 year old was super bummed she wasn’t tall enough. But the grounds are super nice. We enjoyed a fire outside on the patio after the pool. They have complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage. They have a restaurant on site which is convenient but a little spendy fyi. Overall happy with our stay. "
