Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was average. They allow pets and i have bad allergies, they helped me to get a room that might help but not sure if it did.

Very clean modern and new feeling. Stores right next door or small drive away. Airport is less than 10mins. Easy.

My room was comfortable and quiet. Had the pool and hot tub to myself for a half hour just before it closed. The breakfast was hot with many options to choose from and fresh food was replaced even right up until the end of the time. I thought this was great because someone walked up to make a plate last minute.

The staff was very nice & accomodating, the room very spacious, especially the bathroom, room very clean, good restaurants & shopping close. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Close to airport, quiet, and clean. Had to leave very early to catch flight, and they packed me a breakfast to go..

The hotel clerk was extremely friendly, however, at 9:30 the breakfast bar was not stocked well enough so we weren’t able to eat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was pristine and the staff was both friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the kitchen set up in the room but it was all that you could ask for with a sink, cooktop, apartment size refrigerator, dish washer, pots, pans, and utensil. Spacious rooms. Large bay windows that open. Comfortable/supportive beds with bed covers that "breath." Pleasant/helpful staff. Breakfast ok, but could be better. Heating/ac units have loud fans that we turned off at night. Central/convenient location. Movie theater across street. Walking distance to restaurants and "downtown." Biking/walking trail along river starts one block from hotel. Will stay next time in area.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The only thing is lack of parking, so we used the valet service.

Front desk staff was helpful, cheerful and very efficient. Our room was clean and the design update was very modern and sleek. The pool area was clean and so was the fitness center. The breakfast was more than average, included hard boiled eggs and oatmeal with fixings among the usual items like make your own waffles, assorted pastries, and cereal. Coffee was hot and tasty too. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel!

We arrived at 11am and they let us check in WOW that was amazing.The staff was very Friendly and Professional.We ordered room service and when it came the order was really messed up.We called and they not only fixed the error but threw in a free desert and had it there in 15 minutes with 2 hot meals.The place was very quite and peaceful.Great location to everything.A full size fridge which was great and we cooked in the room. We will definitely be making this our go to place from now on.

In all my years of traveling, this was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Clean, inside and out. Staff was very courteous. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Every time we come to Michigan, we will book our stay here.

The young ladies at the desk were friendly and welcoming. They were interested in why I was visiting and we had a very pleasant conversation while I was checking in. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was very close to the event venue.
