"Room was clean, staff was friendly, outdoor pool was warm, hot tub was nice and hot, it was pet friendly, that was great. I would suggest a bigger area for the dogs to use the restroom, but that's just me. "

"We had no hot water for 5 of the 6 nights of our stay. We were working the Clark County Fair and Rodeo. Long days covered in dust and sweat led to some rough evenings and cold showers. The gas station attendants who are only responsible for check-in have no power to help and are “not authorized” to share the number of the owner. Texting the AI chatbot assigned to the hotel kept saying it had put in a ticket and someone would get in touch shortly. No one ever got in touch. We were told the breaker kept tripping. Another guest was told the pipes were freezing (the low was 50 degrees). Another guest we talked to said they were told to wait and maybe it would heat up (it didn’t). This property is owned by Chesters LV Inc. They hiked up the price during the time of the Clark County Fair and Rodeo and many of the people staying at Moapa Motel during this time are also vendors. The arco ampm gas station is also violating the law by charging a $0.35 debit fee on all debit transactions. This is illegal in all 50 states. Looking for some accountability from the ownership. "

"The updated rooms are nice. Wish they had a microwave in room, since they updated restaurants also and now can't get breakfast until 6am, used to be 5am. We needed to leave early for travel. The pool area was nice."
