"I got there 30 mins early to avoid a crowd. There was a 30 dollar fee to check in early. The person at the front counter just left 30 mins prior to check and didn’t return until 3:00 exactly. The lobby was literally full of people with one person to check people in. I come to the Saint Louis areas 17 times a year. I will never use the hotel again. Wouldn’t take much to stand out in area."

"It was very nice. Staff was great. There were no glasses in room and i thought blankets were not thick enough but that was no big deal. Smelled of weed when we got there."

"Mildew on the bathroom walls. Bathroom very small. Shower head was loose and could not be adjusted. Bed was uncomfortable. Refrigerator did not get cool. "

"This is a fair place to stay and the front desk is nice , no complaints just the toilets have rings around them as if they are not being cleaned "

"Overall it did what we needed but the bed was sagging in the middle, the sheets were cleaned but very stained as well as the towels so it made me nervous to whether it was actually stains or just dirty. There was a toenail in the middle of the carpet. Love that but besides all that staff was friendly and we were able to book last minute. We told the front desk about the bed and were compensated for that so thankful he did that. "
